FAQ

Answers for facility decision-makers

Common questions from property managers, facility directors, and procurement teams.

What types of commercial properties do you service?

We serve Class A office, medical and outpatient facilities, K–12 and higher education campuses, industrial and warehouse, multi-tenant and mixed-use, government and municipal, hospitality, and retail anchor properties across Southern California. We do not service single-family residential or small storefronts.

What areas of California do you cover?

We service Carlsbad and the broader San Diego County market — including Oceanside, Vista, La Jolla, Encinitas, San Marcos, and Escondido. See our Locations page for the full list of cities.

Are you fully insured?

Yes. We carry general liability, workers’ compensation, and non-owned/hired auto coverage.

How quickly can you start service after a contract is signed?

After the walkthrough and signed agreement, we coordinate a start date that aligns with your operations — including mid-contract transitions from another vendor. We handle uniform, supply, and access onboarding in parallel so there’s no service gap on day one.

Do you provide service after hours or on weekends?

Yes. Most of our commercial accounts are serviced outside business hours, including overnight, early morning, and weekend shifts. Our dispatch is reachable seven days a week.

How do you handle quality control?

Every account is assigned an account manager who conducts routine walk-throughs and stays in light-touch contact with the client by email or call — whichever they prefer. Any issues identified are addressed directly with the assigned site staff and corrected immediately.

Are your employees background-checked and trained?

Yes. All field staff complete a background screening, role-specific onboarding, and ongoing training on safety, chemical handling, and equipment use. Site-specific protocols are documented for each account.

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?

We provide all labor, equipment, and cleaning chemicals required to deliver the scope. Consumables and restroom supplies — paper goods, soap, and can liners — are supplied by the facility and stocked from your on-site inventory by our team.

Can you customize a scope of work for our property?

Every account starts with an on-site walkthrough so we can build a scope that fits your square footage, traffic patterns, and standards. We don’t sell pre-packaged plans.

How do you handle specialty work like floor restoration or post-construction cleanup?

These are scheduled as project-based engagements, either standalone or layered into a recurring contract. We provide a written scope, timeline, and pricing before any project starts.

Are your products and methods green/sustainable?

We can build a green-certified program using Green Seal or EcoLogo–certified chemicals, HEPA filtration, and microfiber systems on request. We’ll match the certification level your tenants or stakeholders require.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is custom and based on square footage, scope, frequency, and your facility's access hours — overnight, early-morning, weekend, or restricted-access windows are all priced into the program upfront so there are no surprises.
